Your happiness matters to us. If your earrings aren't everything you hoped for, we want to make things right.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, earrings should be in their original condition and packaging. Just hold on to your receipt or order confirmation — you'll need that too.
Starting a Return
Simply send us an email at hello@clippedbydevon.com and we'll walk you through everything. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Return Shipping
We'll provide you with a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions once your return is approved. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and review your return, we'll be in touch. If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks and credit card companies sometimes take a little longer on their end — that's normal. But if 15 business days have passed and you still haven't seen it, please reach out to us at hello@clippedbydevon.com and we'll look into it right away.
